Frequently Asked Questions

There's a dedicated platform called "Mon Compte Formation" (My Training Account). To access your CPF information there and manage your training funds, you'll need your Social Security number. This number is typically found on your Vitale health insurance card.

If you live outside of France, registering for a CPF requires contacting the IT support team of the Mon Compte Formation website. They can provide instructions on how to access the platform and its services, such as browsing training offers.

You can access information about your CPF through Mon Compte Formation. This platform allows you to:

  • See your total accumulated training rights. These rights are converted into euros and used to finance your training.
  • View your past training history. This includes details about the training programs you've participated in using your CPF funds.
  • Browse and search for approved training programs relevant to your career goals.
  • Manage your CPF account: Update your personal information, and potentially (depending on your situation) activate your CPF funds for specific training programs.

Here's how to access Mon Compte Formation:

  1. Visit the official website: https://moncompteformation.gouv.fr
  2. Since the 2nd of May 2024, an obligatory participation of 100€ is to be paid directly on your CPF account.
  3. "Identité numérique" is required in order to use your CPF credit (https://lidentitenumerique.laposte.fr)

Remember, if you're a foreign resident, you might need to contact the Mon Compte Formation IT support for initial access.
