Individual live coaching sessions

Individual sessions with our teachers are available to Berlitz Flex students.
You and your employees can schedule one-on-one coaching sessions with a native speaker after you have unlocked certain levels.
Online sessions mean flexible scheduling and time savings. They provide you with support and answers to any questions you may have while studying online.
All meetings are conducted in the target language only, which is the best way to break the language barrier.

Here is how your employees will learn a language with Berlitz Flex

Step 1

They will log in to the MyBerlitz learning portal, which includes a learning path to guide them through the program lesson by lesson. Their starting point: two self-study lessons.

Step 2

Once they’ve completed two self-study exercises, they’ll complete a private live coaching session on the content of the lessons.

Step 3

They will go through all of the remaining units step by step. This includes regular checks and review lessons. The units really keep them motivated and are ideal for monitoring progress.

Step 4

At the end of their individual learning path, they can book further coaching sessions, repeat anything they’ve learned, or move up to the next level. To conclude their program, they receive a certificate.

The Berlitz Flex approach to learning languages is ideal for everyone, from beginners to advanced learners. The following proficiency levels are available for the different languages we offer (these match the Common European Framework of Reference/CEFR):

English, German, and French: CEFR A1 to B2.1 (Berlitz Flex levels 1 to 8)

Spanish: CEFR A1 to A2.3 (Berlitz Flex levels 1 to 4)

Each one-on-one live coaching session with a Berlitz instructor lasts 25 minutes. This allows you to integrate training sessions as conveniently as possible into your everyday life. You receive direct feedback and assistance in making progress with your personal learning path.

Worth noting: After completely working through your learning path, you can repeat topics and book live coaching sessions as often as you like until you start the next level.
