Alex: Pretty good. I’ve been busy travelling in various Asian countries.

Alex: How about you? How’s everything going, Mina?
You: I’m fine and everything is going great except for the weather. It’s been raining solidly for a week now and it’s really starting to get me down. Anyway, thank you very much for taking the time to join this meeting.
You: Please let us introduce ourselves before making a start on the agenda topics. I’m Mina, the project manager. Clockwise from me we have Taro, Ken and Reiko. Taro is from the Sales Promotion Division. Ken and Reiko are from the Production Management Division.
Alex: Hello Taro, Ken and Reiko. Nice to meet you all. On our side, as you can see, there are three of us. Mike is from R&D, Kate works in the Design Department, and I’m Alex, in charge of sales in the Asian market.
You: Okay, let’s move on to the topics at hand. So, let me share my screen with you… can you see the title slide?
Alex: No, sorry, we can see you, but not the slide.
You: Ah, sorry. Maybe something is wrong at this end. Alex, can you open the slide deck I sent you last Friday? The file is named “2017 product review by area”. Apart from a couple of minor changes, they’re the same slides I was going to use today.
Alex: Just a second. Okay, here we go. Let me share my screen with you.
You: That’s great, thank you. We can see your screen. Could you go to the executive summary on page 5?
You: There are still some agenda items we haven’t covered, but I’m afraid I have to go into another call in a moment. Can we arrange another meeting for next week?
Alex: Sure, Thursday morning or any time Friday works for us.
