In this data protection declaration, we would like to inform you of the extent to which we process your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data").

B. Data processing

We process data for the operation of our website. Data processing also includes the disclosure of data by transferring it to other companies.

The transfer of data to the United States is governed by a National Authority Authorization in accordance with the provisions of Law 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the Protection of Individuals in the Processing of Personal Data (Article 25 point 5 and 44) that the State ensures a sufficient level of protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals with regard to the processing of which such data are or may be subject.

The data concerned in these cases, the purposes of the processing, the legal bases, the recipients and the transfers to third countries are listed below:

a) Log files

We record your visit to our web pages in a log file. In doing so, the following data is processed: the name of each web page accessed, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, the browser type and version, the operating system you are using, the referring URL (the previously visited website), your IP address and the access provider requesting access.

This is necessary to ensure the security of the website.

We process the data accordingly on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. The log file will be deleted after seven days, unless it is necessary to clarify or prove specific infringements that occurred during the retention period.

b) Hosting

As part of the hosting of the website, all data processed as part of the operation of this website will be stored. This is necessary for the operation of the website.

We process data accordingly on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with articles 7 and 8 of law 18-07.

In compliance with the provisions of law 18-07, in particular articles 3, 43 and 66, we use the services of web hosting service providers, to whom we transfer the above-mentioned data, for the operation of our website.

c) How to contact us

When you contact us, your data (name, contact details, insofar as you have provided them) and your message will be used solely for the purposes of processing and managing your request.

The data will be used to process your request on the basis of article 7 paragraph 8 of Law 18-07 or article 7 and 9/a of Law 18-07.

To process your contact requests, we work with service providers to whom we transfer the above-mentioned data.

d) Prize draws

Your data (name and contact details, as well as company name and role in the event of participation on behalf of a company) must be disclosed if you wish to take part in our prize draws and competitions.

To organize the prize draws, we work with service providers to whom we pass on the specified data. Data is processed on the basis of your consent given in accordance with article 7 or on the basis of our legitimate interests in marketing our services in accordance with article 7 paragraph 8 of law 18-07.

e) Career section

When you contact us to send us your application, your data (e.g. your name, e-mail address, preferred place of work, if applicable), your message and the application documents submitted will be used solely for the purpose of processing your job application.

The main legal basis for processing your data is Article 26 of the RGPD. Under this article, it is permissible to process data that is necessary to make a decision or to conclude an employment relationship.

If the data is still required after completion of the application procedure, for example for the purposes of legal proceedings, we are permitted to process the data for the protection of our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 7 of Law 18-07 and Article 18/d i.e. to assert or defend claims.

f) Salesforce

In order to provide efficient customer support, we use the Salesforce customer management system.

We use Salesforce to collect, link and evaluate form data (contact details, customer account, order data, etc.) processed on our website.

This data is transferred to Salesforce servers for processing. Processing in this context is carried out on the basis of our compelling interest in improving our customer service.

Salesforce is a cloud-based service. This means that services are provided via the Internet using servers distributed around the world. It is therefore possible that your data may be transferred abroad.

Salesforce guarantees appropriate levels of data protection for transfers to third countries by means of binding corporate rules; in the case of transfers to the United States, this is done through participation in the Privacy Shield the privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals with regard to the processing to which such data is or may be subject.

g) Website analysis and marketing
