Quick Start Guide for Online Testing

Most devices with an internet connection:

  • Laptop/Desktop computer (PC w/ Windows 10 or newer; MacOS 10.12 or newer; Chrome OS)
  • Tablet (iPad Mini 4 or newer)
  • Smartphone (iPhone6 or newer; Samsung Galaxy S7 or newer

Important:

Close all applications (Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc.) before you begin the test. and do not take the test on a VPN.

• Use the link provided to you.

• Enter your Name and Email to begin the test.

Please check your inbox for an automated message from no-reply@interactivo.io. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

  • Close all Windows. Then open your browser and select "Guest Mode.”

Try again! Be sure you have a valid form of ID.

Ensure the camera lens is clear and your photo is visible within the frame. If you continue to experience this issue after multiple tries, your ID will be manually verified.

Use the same test link to log back in: https://berlitz.interactivo.io/guest#/login , and then enter your name and email address to resume the test.
