Group courses with an AVGS training voucher

Enjoy the full benefit of our German and English group courses and make sure you’re thoroughly prepared for a new job in a commercial, medical, or industrial/technical area. All of our courses lay a strong emphasis on job-related skills. This allows you reap the benefit of language training underpinned by specialist vocabulary. You also receive training on applying for a job.

Upon completion of your course, you receive an official Berlitz certificate confirming your achievement. Depending on the type of course, it may also be possible to sit a TOEIC/telc exam after your course. Feel free to contact us about the different options open to you.

To participate in a subsidized course with the AVGS program, you must have achieved level A2 under the CEFR program. This means that you’re already in position to engage in basic conversation, or for example ask and answer questions in the language of your choice. An oral and written language assessment is conducted before starting courses. Ideally you will also have gained work experience in the field you have chosen for the course.

The quick way to achieve your language goal: We can set up an initial consultation session to discuss your specific expectations and goals. We can also check if and to what extent you’re entitled to a subsidy under the AVGS voucher program. Naturally, we will also help you register for the course you want to take part in and answer any other questions you might have.

Ideal prerequisites for making good progress: A continual source of motivation, our group courses take place on a full-time basis at one of our 50 or so Berlitz Centers. Groups are limited to 6 participants. This allows us to ensure you feel fully immersed in the language as a member of the team by actively engaging in the conversation. At the same time, we can take into account the speed at which you learn and address any individual wishes you may have. Most of our courses last 6 weeks.

Based closely on business practice – applicable to business practice: having worked in a variety of sectors of industry, our instructors offer access to extensive professional know-how, underpinned by a solid understanding of intercultural issues. They also receive regular teacher training, because we know that motivation levels and the success of your training depend on the quality of your instructors.
