Berlitz Sales Trainee

Your tasks:

  • A diverse and exciting range of activities centered on the sale, organization, and administration of our Berlitz product portfolio, where needs of our customers are always at the forefront.
  • The main focus will be on delivering consultations and sales for our services, as well as providing operational support to our corporate clients.
  • You will get started right away with on-the-job training and additional product and sales seminars. You will have the opportunity to become an expert in customer acquisition as well as maintaining and developing our existing customer relationships.
  • Our training program runs over from 12-18 months, depending on your professional background, your personal development, and our available openings.

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree in business, languages, or tourism.
  • You possess a high degree of initiative and curiosity and you are keen to take on responsibility.
  • You enjoy sales, can awaken enthusiasm in others, and ideally already have some initial experience in sales or service industries.
  • You are a team player and like to get involved. Even when things are hectic, you remain calm and focused on your responsibilities.
  • You possess strong communication skills, enjoy making new contacts and working with your customer to develop targeted solutions.
