Challenge 1: Getting back on track after the pandemic
It's no secret that the pandemic had a significant impact on various sectors of the economy, and the tourism industry was one of the areas that felt the negative effects the most. Faced with the end of the lockdown, the company decided to invest in employees, ensuring a quick return to the market.

The need for the company to invest in its team has become important from the perspective of the quality of services offered by the company. Renewal of the language and rapid improvement of employees' language competence became a priority, since a fluent language allows one to deal effectively in a multicultural business environment.

Challenge 2: Unification of training and invoicing

Challenge 3: Lack of tools to monitor progress
The lack of an effective environment for tracking learning progress and attendance posed a challenge to effective training management. Without dedicated tools, it was difficult to assess skills gained and the effectiveness of training.
Project implementation strategy
All employees in Poland, that is, a total of 150 people, received training in English, French, German, Russian and Polish.
Language course on our platform
Staff working across the country (about 100 people), within a distributed structure, were provided with language training on the Berlitz on Demand platform.
It is an innovative tool for self-learning languages and improving skills, allowing you to report, monitor your progress, and receive a Certificate of Progress, giving you an additional incentive to continuously develop your language skills.
Individual language courses with a teacher
Office workers, on the other hand, have the option to take language courses online and onsite at the Berlitz school. Most staff, however, opt for online lessons because of the flexibility it offers. Members of the team choose the languages they want to improve their fluency in. English and French are the most common due to the fact that internal communications are conducted in those languages. To date, more than 50 individual language courses have been conducted as part of the cooperation.

Effects of cooperation
Increased team satisfaction and improved language skills
Enabling access to training for employees working across the country
Effective tracking of learning progress and monitoring of training attendance
Introducing a training system that allows a large number of people to improve their competence at the same time
Unifying training and invoicing, through the implementation of differentiated courses under a single language training provider and great administrative service
