Cultural awareness: Part 2

Mindset is a critical part of cultural awareness. When it comes to managing relationships across cultures, it is important to identify the mindset of the people you will be interacting with. As a leader, you will need to be able to connect with people across cultures and in order to do this effectively, you will need to identify the different mindsets of people in different cultures. While teams may all be working towards the same goals, the ways in which they get there can be significantly different based on the mindset of the different cultural members of the team.
