Berlitz partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to map internal learning assets, including the Cultural Navigator, to proficiency levels and to support progressive leadership competencies that were implemented across the organization.
With the goal of mapping its leadership competencies to learning and development assets, a large, multinational pharmaceutical company decided to embark on a new corporate initiative to measure its effectiveness in several areas, specifically enhancing cultural agility, being inclusive of all people and developing skills to communicate effectively when working across boundaries.
The U.S.-based company spans 120 countries with more than 70,000 employees, and so a comprehensive strategy was needed in order to implement the new initiative globally. With its long-established relationship with Berlitz, the pharmaceutical leader was able to leverage their existing Cultural Navigator license agreement to enable employees to improve their professional learning and development on the online platform.
